All monetary values on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
All Dividends displayed on this site indicate the total return for a $1.00 investment (including the investment).
All bets with Australian Bookmakers are under the jurisdiction of the relevant State or Territory Government where the Bookmaker is licensed.

In accordance with the Betting Control Act, all punters must be at least 18 years of age and not under the influence of intoxicating liquor when placing a bet.

The Bookmaker is compelled to accept a bet from Best Bookies, providing all the following conditions have been met.
- The bet does not exceed minimum bet limits that the Bookmaker must accept under their licence.
- The client has sufficient funds to cover the bet in their account with Best Bookies.
- The price requested is being displayed on the Bookmakers on-course display board at the time the bet request reaches the Bookmaker.
Bookmakers may accept part of a bet when these conditions have not been met.

Every effort will be made to ensure that the odds displayed on the Bookmakers Betting Board and the website are identical. However, if due to technical failure, time delay, human intervention or any other reason there is a discrepancy between the odds displayed on the Bookmakers betting board and the website, the odds displayed on the Bookmakers betting board on course will be deemed to be correct.
No bet is deemed valid until the bookmaker or his agent on-course has confirmed the bet and a ticket (receipt) number received by Best Bookies.

Best Bookies will record all bet requests.
Best Bookies will attempt to resolve any disputes with the wagering operator concerned. If the dispute cannot be resolved satisfactorily, the matter will be referred to the racing stewards or regulator for resolution.
Disputes must be lodged within twenty eight (28) days from the date the wager in question has been decided. The client is solely responsible for their account transactions.

Clients are exempt from all betting tax deductions. Bookmakers pay gambling turnover tax in accordance with the relevant State Governing Authorities.

No bet request may be cancelled, changed or modified by the client in any way once Best Bookies begins processing that request.

It is the Client responsibility to protect passwords and/or PIN numbers from unauthorised use. Any bet requests using valid passwords and/or PINs may be deemed valid.
All transactions are made in Australian Dollars.
Proof of identity and age will be required prior to withdrawing funds.
